At IGNITE SKYLABS ("PrintA4", "we", "us"), privacy isn't just a policy—it's our core architecture. We built PrintA4 to be a Zero-Knowledge Printing Service. This means we do not want to know, read, or store what you print.
End-to-End Encryption: When you upload a document via our web app, it is encrypted before transmission.
No Persistent Storage: Files are kept temporarily in isolated, secure buffers solely for conversion and spooling to the physical printer.
Auto-Deletion: The moment your print job successfully emerges from the kiosk, the digital file is permanently wiped. If you abandon a print job, it is automatically wiped within 12 hours.
