Personal Information

  • Mobile Number: Used for authentication via OTP (One-Time Password) sent through WhatsApp.

Document Information

  • Uploaded Documents: PDF files uploaded for printing. These are temporarily stored for processing and deleted once the print job is completed.

2. How Your Information Is Utilized

We use your information to:

  • Authenticate your identity via the OTP sent to your mobile number.
  • Process print jobs securely.
  • Communicate with you regarding your print job status or any issues.

3. Data Storage and Security

Mobile Number

We store your mobile number temporarily for the OTP verification process, but it is not retained after authentication.

Uploaded Documents

The documents you upload for printing are stored temporarily for processing. Once the print job is completed, the documents are deleted automatically within 5 minutes.

Disclaimer: Any document you upload is processed based on your own explicit consent. If you choose to upload confidential documents, you are aware that they are temporarily stored on our cloud servers until the print job is completed.

Payment Details

We do not store any payment details. All payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay, and is subject to their privacy policy.

4. Sharing of Your Data

PrintA4 does not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Razorpay: For payment processing (subject to Razorpay's privacy policy).
  • Service Providers: Essential service providers under binding confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Authorities: If required by law or to protect user safety.

5. Your Rights and Choices

  • You can update your mobile number and request OTP re-generation at any time.
  • Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your data by contacting support. However, once the print job is completed, your uploaded documents are deleted automatically.
  • You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
