Our commitment to customer satisfaction

Customer Satisfaction Priority

At Ignite Skylabs, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you experience an issue where your document is not printed despite completing all necessary steps, we offer a refund as per the following conditions.

Eligibility for Refund

A refund is applicable only if the following criteria are met:

Successful Payment and OTP Verification

Payment must be completed successfully, and the OTP (One-Time Password) verification must be fully processed.

Failure to Print

The document fails to print despite all required steps being completed (Login, Document Upload, Setting Print Options, Payment, OTP Verification).

No Printout Provided

The document is not printed due to system or printer failure after completing all steps.

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

User Error

If the issue is due to incorrect file upload, wrong print settings, or other user errors.

Network Issues at User's End

Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by network disruptions or technical failures on the user's side.

Successful Printing

No refund will be processed if the document was successfully printed, regardless of user satisfaction.

Partial Printing

If part of the document prints, the refund will be processed based on the extent of the failure.

Verification Process

Transaction Logs

Our system logs every transaction and the status of the printing process.

Status Confirmation

In case of an issue, our team will verify the transaction and check the printer's status to confirm that the printing process did not occur.

System Failure

Refunds are only eligible when the system or printer failure is confirmed by our logs and internal checks.

Refund Processing Timeline

Initiation

Once your refund request is verified and approved, we will initiate the refund within 7–14 working days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that the timeline may vary depending on the payment gateway's policies.

Razorpay Chargeback Guidelines

If a chargeback is initiated, we will adhere to Razorpay's guidelines and cooperate fully with the chargeback investigation process. Refunds will only be issued if Razorpay's dispute resolution team confirms the eligibility based on the above criteria.
