We are IGNITE SKYLABS, doing business as PrintA4 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), an Indian startup located at MVIT, Puducherry - 605107. We operate the website https://printa4.in and the PrintA4 self-service kiosks. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and IGNITE SKYLABS. By using our self-service kiosks, web application, or any associated services, you agree to these terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
PrintA4 provides automated, self-service document printing kiosks. You can upload documents via our web app and print them at any of our physical kiosks.
Zero-Knowledge Guarantee: We employ a strict zero-knowledge architecture. Your uploaded files are temporarily encrypted in transit and in memory, strictly for the duration of the printing process. Once your document is printed, or if the session expires, the document data is permanently and irreversibly wiped from our servers. We do not read, store, or harvest the contents of your documents.
Payments are processed via Razorpay or your PrintA4 digital wallet. All prices shown in the app are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
